"I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.” (Exodus 20:2). The first commandment of the “Ten Commandments” is belief in God coupled with the understanding that belief in God means that there is no coincidence in life. Pharaoh did not just happen to release the Israelites from Egypt; God orchestrated and brought the Israelites out of Egypt. The inspiring book, “God Stories Told By A Daughter of the Most High,” relates the author’s deep understanding and belief that God is the Master Puppeteer who orchestrates all our experiences in life. Victorya Wright’s inspiring stories of her encounters throughout her life will delight the reader, and serves as a reminder that our job is to open our eyes to recognize God has unconditional love for each of us.

God Storys: Told By a Daughter of the Most High King by Victorya Wright is a diverse collection of individual instances in Wright's life in which she shares a seemingly random interaction that she views as God's divine intervention. Among them are people like Katherine, where a hike and a brief remark about homeschooling at a church retreat resulted in a connection that proved indispensable when illness limited Wright’s ability to teach her children. Wright shares about meeting Noy and how an unplanned visit placed her in a position to supply funds that helped the owner. She also talks about meeting Theodore at a grocery store near closing time, and how a brief conversation led to new lines of study and creative work. God Storys by Victorya Wright offers a wonderfully uplifting series of moments, and it is almost impossible to read them and not come to the same conclusion: This is God at work. It's so hard to pick one that is the most touching, but I connected with two in particular. Wright's Nordstrom visit stands out because the help she receives arrives with such perfect timing that it feels guided, from the quick understanding of what she needed to the way every detail came together in a single afternoon. The other is with Christine, an encounter that has a similar direction, since their chance connection leads to hospitality, support during a difficult season, and a trip that feels perfectly placed for comfort and renewal. Wright's sincerity, openness to noticing guidance in ordinary encounters, and her confidence in God’s care are just beautiful. Very highly recommended.

In God Storys, author Victorya Wright recounts 30 real-life stories inspired by God's divine intervention. While searching for a low-rent home in California, Victorya and her husband crossed paths with Cathy, who became one of Victorya's lifelong friends. Another time, Victorya unexpectedly found a friend who shared her passion for serving the Lord and helped her homeschool her kids. The author found the motivation to continue writing her stories after reconnecting with her youngest cousin in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. When she was going through marital problems with her former husband, God sent Victorya a much-needed friend in the form of a prayer warrior. A Christian family therapist helped Victorya overcome post-surgery depression. Drawing on her own life experiences, Victorya Wright provides readers with a captivating collection of true stories that illustrate the presence of God in our lives. These stories show the power of faith, hope, and resilience in the face of adversity. God Storys is primarily written for a Christian audience. However, I feel even non-Christian readers will find plenty to love about this book. These short narratives touch upon universal themes that will appeal to all readers. Wright also has a very engaging writing style, which makes the book even more enjoyable. What I enjoyed most about these stories is that they demonstrate the unpredictable nature of life and how we end up forming lifelong bonds with people through shared common interests. If you enjoy inspirational real-life stories, do not miss out on this collection.

Marked by both pain and heartbreak, Victorya describes her story through thirty specific moments that capture her journey. God Storys is a heartfelt collection of 30 autobiographical vignettes tracing Victorya’s journey through moments of quiet providence, unexpected connections, and hard-won clarity. Each story reveals how God was at work behind the scenes—often in ways she recognized only much later—and highlights the profound interconnectedness of the people and events in her life. What stood out to me most was Victorya’s steady confidence in God’s purpose, which comes through even in her most challenging seasons. The result is an uplifting book that leaves the reader encouraged to look for purpose and grace in their own story.

A quick perusal of the Table of Contents reveals that eighteen of the thirty-one vignettes recount Victorya’s story with individuals. She makes it clear that the real story in each chapter is the work of God, in not only her life, but the life of the person featured in that chapter. She tells God stories. And these stories reveal not only the subjects but the person of God. You will be witness to the God of the Christian bible at work in not only Victorya’s life, but the lives of others.

Listen to your heart and act. That is how Victorya operates! She was just busy living her life when each of these individuals came into her sphere. In each chapter, Victorya went to the Lord with each opportunity, believing it was not coincidence. No challenge should be dismissed. It would be exciting to see what God could accomplish through her connection to Him through prayer and action. God had orchestrated the circumstance and she saw it as a divine appointment. She put God to the test.

I totally enjoyed this unique book about Victorya's life, but in particular, her ability to realize when God was talking to her and directing her life. She didn't always want to do what her "God Tap" was telling her to do (or believe), but time after time it changed her life. It allowed me to reprocess my life and to my astonishment helped me to realize the many times I had "God Taps" of my own. To my disappointment, I didn't listen some of those times to my detriment. I read it cover to cover and enjoyed it. It allowed me to make a major life decision about my career, right here, right now that I have been putting off for a long time....the message was clear as a bell ringing! Thank you Victorya!!!

The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8. I love this book and couldn’t stop reading it once I got it in my hands. I’ve known the author for many years and I knew some of the stories but I didn’t know how God wove them all into a beautiful tapestry. I love the title and how Victorya’s entire life is a God Story. So is mine! So is yours! So many times God rescued Victorya from excruciating circumstances and gave her what she needed exactly when she needed it, and did it in an uncanny way. One time her young family was struggling with lack of money due to her husband’s unemployment. Out of the blue a woman she hardly knew showed up with six months’ worth of food from Costco. Another time she woke up one morning to find a large snake coiled inside the sliding glass window in her living room. She was terrified, but God sent a neighbor to grab the snake with tongs and dispatch it before it could harm her. The incident turned out to be the impetus for moving to different living quarters by the Pacific Ocean and adventures she could not have dreamed of. There are just so many interesting examples in the book of poignant moments where God took hard trials and turned them into blessings, all the while forming Victorya’s character and attitude to be more like Christ. We can learn from Victorya’s book that God is sculpting His believers into what He wants us to be. Even the story of how she was able to write the book amazed me, because being an author myself I know that writing a well-crafted book is no small thing.

God Storys: Told By a Daughter of the Most High King has become my nighttime wind-down go-to. Each night, I read a story to get my head right for sleep, and it truly sets the tone for peace and gratitude. In this crazy world, these stories are exactly what we need—a gentle reminder that blessings surround us every day, even when we don’t notice them. The book beautifully illustrates how friends and strangers cross our paths for a reason, and how God’s hand is always at work in our lives. Every story feels heartfelt and authentic, leaving me encouraged and grounded. If you’re looking for inspiration and a way to end your day with hope, this book is a must-read. — via Amazon
My mother in heaven aways encouraged me to go to our catholic church throughout my life. I mostly only went with her. When I was in college and came home for visits, she took me to an afternoon service for healing the sick. I was the only one in church who was 20 years old and quite frankly without a health problem. However as I approached the priest, I thought how about I ask him to help my vision so I wouldn’t need eyeglasses anymore. I’m now 70 and almost never have a need for eyeglasses! Is it a coincidence? According to the book God Storys, no. What a great idea from Victorya Wright to pen this book. This book will be a very nice read for me, can’t wait to take my time to enjoy every story! — via Amazon
In “God Storys” Victorya’s strong faith in God is clearly evident as she tells of her sense of his presence throughout her life experiences. She gives him the glory and credit for guiding and helping her through good times and bad. This book is very inspirational and makes the reader want to keep reading more after finishing each story. It is very well written and easy to read, and I highly recommend it. — Art Downing
I have finished reading God Storys. Thank you for being willing to share your storys. I have been blessed for reading them and I’m certain many others will be too! It is my experience that both the witness, and the witness of the witness, are strengthened when testimony of God and His gospel are shared. I look forward to exchanging more God Storys going forward! — Anonymous Reader
God Storys authored by Victora Wright bears witness to the existence of an All-Mighty God who loves us and who orchestrates divine appointments for us. Her stories give a testimony of her discernment with the Holy Spirit and to an abiding, meaningful relationship with The One and Only Sovereign God. When Victorya asks God to help her and show her His plan, He does. To the believer that should not surprise us. Then regardless of fact that it doesn’t make any sense at the time or the risks involved, Victorya is bold, brave and courageous enough to follow God’s leading. Repeatedly. in every story, we learn that God blesses Victorya with people she meets who God uses to blesses her with giving her an answer she was seeking, which leads to growing and deepening her faith. I have been a prayer partner to my sweet sister in Christ for over 35 years and I can testify firsthand that people are magnetically drawn to Victorya’s shining light inside her. And somehow and in some way, she blesses them, and somehow and in some way, many people bless her at the exact moment she needed. In each story, piece by piece, if we can zoom out for a moment, we can begin to understand God’s potential purpose in it all. We can certainly read that God’s will is forever good and He loves Victorya and she loves Him. He is actively holding this precious life in His loving hands. Thank you, Victorya, for your inspiration to listen and boldly seek after God’s will and follow Him. I believe The Most High King is saying, “Well done thou good and faithful daughter!” — Vicki Meiners, Prayer Warrior, Sister in Christ
